5 Weeks

   Time is flying!!  I can't believe my little boy is 5 weeks old today...doesn't feel like it was that long ago.  I'm so happy that literally in the last two days, gas drops have started to slightly work.  :-)  It has been a difficult 5 weeks and what seemed like an unbearable first three weeks...but we've made it this far!  I sit and think about what it would have been like with twins that were severely gassy. AH! And on top of that, I don't know where we'd fit in our little apartment.  It looks like Babies R Us blew up in our tiny apartment.lol  It makes me happy though.  Especially when I think back to how empty it was without a baby. 
At this point Jordan has started:
* Following things with his eyes
*Eating 3-3 1/2 oz.
*Smiling and the occasional laughing in his sleep (so cute!)
*Sleeping 4-5 hour stretches at night
*LOVES bath time
*HATES to be changed (diapers and clothes)
*Of course: recognizing mommy and daddys voice
*Likes quiet and calm enviornment
*Cute grunting and starts of cooing

I've been so busy that it's been really difficult to update this and as I speak he's waking up..so I will try to update again soon!
