Well, today was good and odd at the same time. I went to my appointment today and immediately she made me pee in a cup to test for pregnancy even though we confirmed it last appointment. She asked if I wanted to keep it because she keeps hers. I asked her for a bag and kept it. Then she told me my betas were 361. That's pretty low from what they said. She said they needed to triple today so they took blood. I will be calling tomorrow or Wednesday to find them out. Then they gave me my 17p shot. Turns out my progesterone is only 17 and needs to be around 23 or so. They did the ultrasound and where I wasn't showing anything at all on the screen last week, I had a gestational sac this week! Still too early to see the fetal pole and yolk sac but she said that we had to see it in two weeks when I go for another ultrasound. I'm very hopeful that this pregnancy will go normally. I also asked if she could see anything indicating a blood clotting issue. She said no she didn't but to keep taking my medicine. Overall, I'm very excited about how today went but confused as to how far along I am b/c the gestational sac measured 5 weeks exactly-by LMP I'm 5W1D and by conception date I'm 4W1D. Very confusing.
Just got my levels back. My hcg was 1980 something and my progesterone was 49. My progesterone was awesome but again my hcg doesn't match up with 5 weeks. Kind of concerned but not...all in God's hands.
